Copyright Infringement Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to Red Brackets' Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice as described below, Red Brackets will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright protected content.

DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Site, please notify Red Brackets' Copyright Agent as set forth in the DMCA. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this single notification, a representative list of such works at this Site.

5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your user-submitted content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Paris, France, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Red Brackets will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe someone is a repeat infringer, please follow the steps above to contact our Copyright Agent.
